The Council of Tenerife's Technical Service for Economic Development and Employment boasts a team of professionals that provide advice and information on the different legal formats available for setting up business initiatives , in addition to supporting users in carrying out different bureaucratic procedures and advising on a range of other subjects, including: defining the business project, choosing the legal form, the accounting, tax and procedural obligations and the different sources of funding that may be available, such as micro credits, subsidies from the Technical Service itself or other bodies, and funding from Spain's Official Credit Institute (ICO).
