The Museum of History and Anthropology has organised the sixth edition of seminars dedicated to historical heritage on 10 October from 9:00 to 20:00, with a guided tour on 11 October. The aim is to favour the exchange of experiences in musealisation, collecting and heritage. The protagonist this time will be the Tenerifian pirate Amaro Pargo. For further information, please call 922 825 949/43.

The idea is a platform for dissemination, debate, the presentation of ideas, research and questions about history and is meant for all audiences. This event is part of the Bierehite Project (Relevant Assets in the History of Tenerife). This time, the proposed theme revolves around the 18th century, trade conducted on the islands and art and its characters. All were imbued during a period in which devotion joined with weapons, official transactions with piracy or navigation with difficult international relations, coalescing, prototypically, in one of the characters that lived and defined this era: Amaro Pargo.
