Science and Cosmos Museum

The Museum of Science and Space (Museo de la Ciencia y el Cosmos, MCC) is a combination of traditional museum and theme park, where visitors have the opportunity to learn about the laws and principles that govern nature: from the functioning of our own bodies to the secrets of the stars.

Created in 1993 as an initiative of the Council of Tenerife and the Canary Islands Astrophysics Institute (Instituto de Astrofísica de Canarias, IAC), the MCC has succeeded in making the fascinating discoveries revealed through studies of the universe accessible to everyone.
