Introduction
The promotion activity and impulse of the insular economy and of the small and medium companies of the Island for the Cabildo of Tenerife, as well as all those actions related with the employment, are channeled fundamentally through the Area of Economic Development and Employement. The objectives that guide the performances in this sense are:
- To foment the company spirit like fundamental element for the birth of new bussines inciatives.
- To favor the Kick-Off, perdurance and consolidation of new companies, by means of the information, formation and financing.
- To improve the capacity of the workers and the companies to adapt to the changes in a positive way.
- To improve the hiring and to facilitate the integration in the labor market of unemployed people .
