The exhibition "El Magreb, el occidente árabe" (The Maghreb, the Arab west) includes more than fifty images with commentaries. It can be viewed in the hall of the Mutua de Accidentes de Canarias (MAC) in Santa Cruz de Tenerife (calle Robayna), where it will remain open to the public until the 15th of February, from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 20:00.

This exhibition consists of a collection of fifty-eight large format colour photographs. It was organised by the Escuela Taller Don Bosco Mediación Intercultural Migrante, managed by the Fundación Proyecto Don Bosco, and provided by the Casa Árabe and the International Institute for Arab and Muslim World Studies. The exhibition reflects different aspects of the physical, human and economic geography of this vast area of Northern Africa. According to the promoters, its principal aim is to help challenge the "predominant conceptions of North Africa, by emphasising aspects such as the closeness, internal diversity and vigour of the region's populations".
