What is the CSC?

The Center of Services to the Citizen (CSC) is the point of attention to the public of the Insular Town hall of Tenerifeand is integrated by a set of offices distributed by insular geography, where the advances of the technology of the information have been gotten up, having facilitated the development of an integrated system that guarantees the benefit of a service of quality.

Our Goal

The Center of Services to the Citizen (CSC) goes permanently towards a commitment of quality, reliability and efficiency, through the satisfaction of the needs of the citizens, having as the main goal the excellence in the attention to the public, at CSC office or telephone.

Objectives

For the attainment of this goal, we defined as main objectives:

• To harness the administrative information services and attention to the citizen.
• To approach the administration the citizens.
• To facilitate and to improve the relation of the citizens with the Administration.
• To improve the quality in the benefit of the services of the Corporation.
• Agility in the transactions and the management, falling the response times.
• To improve the knowledge of served by the Corporation.
• To increase the level of satisfaction of the citizens.
• Periodically to evaluate the quality in the benefit of the services.

To approach the Administration to  citizens means to make that the relation between these and the Administration are more natural, comfortable and simple.
