Noa, Yemeni singer and songwriter born in Israel and raised in New York, arrives at the Auditorio de Tenerife on Saturday 18th at 21:00 to perform her new work "Letters to Bach". The performance is made up of twelve pieces of instrumental music written by Johann Sebastian Bach for which Noa has written accompanying lyrics in English and Hebrew. Tickets are on sale from € 39.

The artist, who will play the drums as well as singing, will be accompanied by the guitar and voice of Gil Dor, the drums and voice of Gadi Seri and the bass of Or Lubianiker. The lyrics of Noa’s new musical project, produced by Quincy Jones, are inspired by subjects as diverse as technology and religion, global warming and feminism, euthanasia, the Palestinian-Israeli conflict and relationships in the era of social media. The arrangements for guitar have been created by Noa’s faithful and long-standing musical collaborator Gil Dor, a guitarist, composer, arranger and teacher. Noa and Gil Dor strive to break down the barriers of language, religion, gender, generations and stigma to build a bridge of musical excellence, respect and joy, a place of curiosity, courage and hope. All under the auspices of the overarching connecting thread, Johann Sebastian Bach.
