Online advice for entrepreneurs

The Online Advice Service for Entrepreneurs uses videoconferencing to guide entrepreneurs through various business-related areas, such as:

  • The different legal forms that your business initiative can take.
  • The official procedures to be followed in order to set your business up.
  • Information relating to the sector in question.
  • Different sources of funding that may be open to you (both public and private).
  • In general, resolving any doubts and answering any queries you may have as an entrepreneur (provided that this can be achieved verbally).

Advantages

This service brings information and advice within reach of a larger number of people across Tenerife, thereby saving them time and the effort of making a trip .

It is a free public service.

Your personal details are absolutely secure as they are covered by Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD) and the files used are registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Who it is aimed at

Anyone who wants to create their own company , whether individuals or groups, or anyone who has started their business less than 12 months before requesting the assistance of the Online Advice Service.

What you need to access the service

The following technical equipment is required:

  • A personal computer.
  • An Internet connection.
  • Speakers/headphones and a microphone.
  • Webcam (optional).
  • An e-mail account.
  • You may contact us using the details that appear at the end of this text.
  • Download Skype in order to take part in videoconferences. We will help you to configure the program and provide you with an online manual.

Operating hours

Videoconferences can be scheduled from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 10 am and 11.30 am to 12.30 pm.

The sessions last for 45 minutes and there is a 15-minute break between each session.
