The Canary Islands Training, Employment and Business Development Foundation (FIFEDE) has decided to set up and manage an employment pool, in order to process job offers and facilitate users' integration into the workforce.

Services offered

• Personalised advice
  The Foundation provides personalised advice on the resources available for active job hunting, in addition to information about its current training activities and the key steps involved in becoming self-employed.
• Free candidate selection
  FIFEDE also offers companies, consultancies and other institutions looking to begin the selection process the opportunity to use its services to select the candidates that best fit their profile, free of charge.
  This new initiative and the other employment-related activities carried out by the Foundation since its creation, such as the New Life and Equal programmes, aim to help achieve full employment in the Canary Islands and improve the current prospects and motivation of today’s unemployed citizens.
