The Tenerife Auditorium hosts a concert by the students of the Professional Conservatory of Music

The Tenerife Auditorium "Adán Martín" will host on Saturday 16, at 12:30 hours, a concert by students from the Professional Conservatory of Music of Santa Cruz de Tenerife (CPM). Four ensembles from the education centre will participate in this morning session. Admission is free until full capacity is reached.
The event will begin with the Percussion Ensemble, made up of ten musicians, led by Professor Emilio Díaz, who will play "Stick schtick" by Chris Brooks and "La boda de Luis Alonso" by G. Giménez. Afterwards, the Chamber Music Percussion Ensemble, made up of ten other artists led by Professor Sixte Escrihuela, will play the following repertoire: "Xylophonia", by J. Green, and "Greetings to Hermann for quartet" by Hans-Günter Brodman; and, finally, an improvisation as a sound experimentation. In the second part of the concert, the Guitar Ensemble will perform, with 25 musicians, led by Professor Inés Delgado, to interpret "Concert in D Major", by P. Telemann, the tango "Primavera porteña", by A. Piazzolla, and "Mamma mia", by Abba. Finally, the Chamber Music Saxophone Quartet, with professor Beningno Cedrés, will perform "Petit quatuor pour saxophones" (first movement, allegro), by Jean Francaix, "Toquades" (first movement, tango), by Jerome Naulais, and "Dixie for Sax", by Pedro Iturralde.
