TEA Tenerife Arts Space is organising, this Saturday 15 at 11:00 a.m., a guided visit to the exhibition “Crisis? What Crisis? Chapter 3. Intimacy, subjectivities and other elective affinities", by Ramón Salas. This event compiles and analyses the works of around twenty artists. Admission is free until seating capacity is reached.

“Crisis? What Crisis? Chapter 3. Intimacy, subjectivities and other elective affinities" is the continuation of the cycle of exhibitions named "Crisis? What Crisis", which began in 2016, the year which marked 40 years since the end of Franco's 40-year dictatorship. Taking advantage of this note-worthy anniversary, three exhibitions were proposed to review other sensibilities, movements or force lines of contemporary Canarian art, understanding as such the art carried out by artists born after Franco's death. The Canarian artists participating blossomed or matured around 2008 and were hit hard by the crisis, which is what the programme’s title refers to, as well as alluding to a famous Supertramp record from 1975. The programme’s subtitle is “Does catastrophe have a form?”, as the programme aims to find continuities in a generation marked by instability.
