TEA, Tenerife Arts Space, exhibits the work of Carmen Cólogan in

Until 20 November the TEA Tenerife Arts Space hosts the exhibition "Cólogan. Bosque de islarios" ("Cólogan. Forest of Islarios"), in which the Tenerife artist invites the spectator “to travel, to explore, but above all to feel” her emotional landscape. It will be open Tuesday to Sunday, from 10:00 until 20:00.
"Bosque de islarios" is, first and foremost, a metaphor for the time and space that elapses in the peripheries. In this individual, the trees are a metaphor for an interior landscape, populated by bodies of islands. This vegetative architecture, this forest that rises and, in each new moment, trembles from the roots to the topmost leaves, is not a real forest. It is a moral, not an aesthetic, representation. By means of this forest, Cólogan seeks to recover a lost world through the imagination
