On Saturday 4 at 11:00, the Museum of Nature and Mankind will host a workshop on origami, or paper art, given by Chizuko and Fumiko as part of MusaJapón, the Japanese Culture Festival. Space is no longer available.

Origami (折り紙) is an art form consisting of the folding of paper without the use of scissors or glue to obtain figures of various shapes, many of which may be considered paper sculptures. In a strict sense, origami is a type of Japanese paper folding that includes certain restrictions (for example, the cutting of paper is not allowed and it is based on certain guidelines).
