On many occasions, children have been slowly abandoning the eating of fresh fruit and vegetables in order to replace them with other types of desserts or foods that are a lot less healthy. The Centre for Consumer Training and Quality Promotion workshop teaches the youngest about the importance of fresh fruit and vegetables in our nutrition and Elath.

Third-year Primary School and first-year Secondary School Students.

- Understand the importance of fruit and vegetables in the daily diet
- Be able to analyse whether your diet is balanced with regards to the consumption of fruit and vegetables
- Create menus with fruit and vegetables
- Learn nutritional habits that are hygienic and that involve correct consumption
- Create fun snacks with fruit
- Comparative analysis between conventionally and organically produced fruit and vegetables
- Make natural juices and differentiate them from artificial or industrial juices
