Citizens can now quickly and easily access all government services offered by the Council of Tenerife...
- at any time of the day,
- without having to travel to one of our offices,
- via a computer with internet access.
If you know now to navigate the web you will find it easy to access the range of services listed in the Services and Procedures section.
All you need to do is complete the relevant form, attach documents (where applicable) and submit them.
For some services you will need a digital certificate issued by a Council of Tenerife recognised certification authority. Holders of the new National ID Card (DNI) will not need a digital certificate as the certificate is incorporated into the card.
Some services only require a user ID.
