La Finca El Helecho, situated in the Caserío de El Bueno, in Arico, is a fantastic option for spreading knowledge about traditional canarian stockbreeding and agriculture, through observation and workshops on activities as interesting as making artisan cheese and gofio, amongst others. A program of school visits is provided to this end, coordinated by the Rural Tenerife Foundation.
It also offers a Nature Classroom, made up of a group of cave houses and accommodation destined for groups or collectives that have the purpose of cohabitating and taking part in workshops related to environmental education.
