On Wednesday 20 at 19:00, the TEA Tenerife Arts Space presents a poetry reading by Benito Romero. The author will share the verses and ideas collected in his second book, "Horizontes circulares" (Ediciones Trea, 2018). The recital is part of the programme of activities for the exhibition "El azar objetivo. Fotografía de vanguardia en la Colección Ordóñez-Falcón de Fotografía". Admission is free until full capacity is reached.

In "Horizontes circulares", Benito Romero brings together a set of aphorisms that he has distributed in different chapters or sections (Journey, Yearning, Territory, Impressions and Rubble) and which reveal sharp observations. On the back cover of "Horizontes circulares", writer Bruno Mesa explains that "an impious irony and a bristly use of paradox run throughout the book and perhaps structure it". Benito Romero (Santa Cruz de Tenerife, 1983) holds a degree in Philosophy. He has worked as a cultural programmer and collaborated on the magazines "Fogal", "Piedra y Cielo" and "Cuadernos del Ateneo de La Laguna", as well as the blogs "Hilos de arena" and "El viaje de Juba".
