The TEA Space in San Miguel presents Fazer horas, by Daniel Jordán

The TEA Space in San Miguel de Abona, the Llano del Camello cultural centre, presents the exhibition "Fazer horas", by Daniel Jordán, until 29 September. It is open Monday to Friday 09:00 to 13:00 and 16:00 to 20:00. Admission is free.
In "Fazer horas", Daniel Jordán attempts to rethink the visit to exhibition halls, to understand them in such a way that the viewer has not only a contemplative function in their dialogue with the display, but an active role as well. "These reflections have led me to works of an interactive nature -some have a motion-sensor that is activated by the presence of the viewer-, as well as a non-linear distribution in which the perception of the works will vary depending on the time of the visitor's tour", says the artist who points out that the title of this new project is a Portuguese expression meaning to kill time. "I think the title symbolises the actions and elements that make up this exhibition", he adds.
