  • Members
    • Complete the registration form and, if there are places available, following the presentation of personal certification documents, you will receive the membership card. In the case of the maximum membership quota being exceeded, interested persons will be registered on the waiting list.
    • Present the following documentation (original and photocopy):
      • National Identity Document (DNI)
      • In the case of family membership, documentation certifying family situation.
      • Official disability certificate, if applicable
      • A person is considered to have membership when he or she receives the membership card.
    • Registered members will receive a card with which they will be able to gain access to the facilities. This card will be personal and untransferable and its loss will incur a penalty. Incorrect use of the card could cause its withdrawal and restrict entry to the installation.
    • Members will be able to access the swimming pools, hydromassage zone, fitness room, rooms for programs with instructors and outside spaces for physical activity.
    • Use of the sports hall, tennis courts, padel courts and football sala court will require an additional rental cost.
    • Members will have priority in the reservation of courts and courses and 2.5 hours free parking per day.
    • Monthly payments will be able to be made through direct debit, cash or bank card in the information and control office of the Sports Complex.
    • Registration fee and first payment will be made in cash or by bank card and the different membership payments will be made between the 25th day of the previous month and the 5th day of the current month.
  • Daily use for non-members
    • Non-members will be able to enjoy the facilities through single entrance tickets, which will be valid for one day only and will be individual.
    • The body charged with management reserves the right to refuse the sale of single tickets on capacity grounds.
    • Single tickets allow access to the swimming pools, hydromassage zone, fitness room, rooms for activities with instructors and outside spaces for physical activity.
  • Court reservation
    • Any person will be able to reserve the sports courts subject to payment of the hire price.
    • Non-members will be able to enjoy use of the hire courts, changing rooms and cafeteria.
    • Non-members who have hired a court will be able to access the installation 15 minutes before the start of the activity and will have to leave it before 30 minutes have passed after the end of the court session. If this time is surpassed they will be charged the cost corresponding to the single ticket.
  • Course inscription
    • Course inscription will be realised in the information and control office of the Sports Complex.
    • The acceptance on a course will be subject to the number of places available.
    • Each course will have one enrolment period for members and another for non-members.
    • Course enrolment will become effective upon presentation of the request, accredited documentation of the named person and payment.
    • Minors will have to be enrolled by their father, mother or teacher.
    • Each person enrolled on a course will have to present to the activity instructor the sheet justifying acceptance on the course.
    • Members will have a discount of at least 50 percent on all courses.
    • If you decide not to do a course which you have enrolled on, you will have to communicate this within the period of 1 week before the course commences, so that another person will be able to take your place.The person who is not a member who accompanies a minor to the interior of the facility will have a pass or identity card to gain access. This pass does not give the right to use the sports services of the facilities.
    • The user who is not a member who is subscribed on a course will be able to access the facility 15 minutes before the start of the course and will not be able to remain in the facility 30 minutes after the end of the activity. If this time is surpassed he/she will be charged the cost corresponding to the single ticket.
  • Visitors
    • Any visitor will have to identify themselves in the information and control office of the Sports Complex, where they will be given an identity pass to gain access.
    • This pass does not give the right to use the sports services of the facility.
  • Participants in competitions
    • In the case of an official competition, any participant will be able to access the facilities.
