The present legal notice regulates the use of the websites: www.tenerife.es, sede.tenerife.es and transparencia.tenerife.es
Through these websites, public services are provided whose main objective is to allow contact between citizens and the Island Council of Tenerife (hereinafter ECIT) and to provide access to the ECIT electronic office.
The navigation through our website attributes the condition of user of them and implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the provisions included in this Legal Notice, which may be modified.
The user undertakes to make correct use of the websites in accordance with the law, good faith, public order, traffic uses and this Legal Notice. The User shall be liable to ECIT and to third parties for any damages that may be caused as a result of the breach of this obligation.

General conditions of access and use
Our websites and their services are freely accessible and free of charge, although the use of certain areas or services is subject to the completion of data collection forms. Only those over 16 years of age can provide data through our website, and those under 16 years of age cannot provide data without the consent of their parents or legal guardians, although access to certain procedures and services is conditioned on the user's age of majority.
The User guarantees that all data communicated to ECIT is authentic and up to date and will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made.

Rules and prohibitions of use for users
The User expressly undertakes to make appropriate use of the contents and services offered and not to use them for:
- Disseminate contents that are criminal, violent, pornographic, racist, xenophobic, offensive, apology for terrorism or, in general, contrary to law or public order.
- Introduce computer viruses into the network or carry out actions that may alter, damage, interrupt or generate errors or damage to electronic documents, data or physical and logical systems of ECIT or third parties, as well as hinder the access of other Users to the Website and its services.
- Attempt to access restricted areas of the IT systems of ECIT or third parties and, eventually, extract information.
- Violate intellectual or industrial property rights, as well as violate the confidentiality of ECIT or third party information.
- Impersonate the identity of another User, public administration or a third party.
- Reproduce, copy, distribute, make available or in any other way publicly communicate, transform or modify the Contents, unless you have the authorisation of the owner of the corresponding rights or it is legally permitted.
- Collect data for advertising purposes and to send advertising of any kind and communications for sales or other commercial purposes without their prior request or consent.
Procedure in case of conduct of illegal activities
In the event that any user or third party considers that there are facts or circumstances that reveal the illicit nature of the use of any content and/or the carrying out of any activity on the Web pages included or accessible through the Web site, they must send a notification to ECIT at 901501901@tenerife.es duly identifying themselves, specifying the alleged violations and expressly declaring under their responsibility that the information provided in the notification is accurate.

Industrial Property and Intellectual Property
The Administration allows the reuse of contents and data for everyone and without time limitations or restrictions, in the terms established by the legal instrument CC0 of Creative Commons, and in accordance with article 17.1 of Law 19/2014, of 29 December, on Transparency, Access to Public Information and beyond the basic conditions established in article 8 of Law 37/2007 on the reuse of public sector information (citing the source, not alteration or denaturing of the information and specifying the date of the last update), and provided that it does not contradict the license or notice that may have a work and which prevails.
Modalities of reuse of information on our websites.

In accordance with these regulations, the Administration allows the reproduction, distribution and public communication of the work and, in addition, the transformation of the work to make derivative works, worldwide and without any time limitation, in accordance with the legal instrument of CC0 of Creative Commons, and as long as it does not contradict the license or notice that may have a work and that prevails.
In order to reuse the information, the following conditions must be met:
