• Users with physical problems will have to submit a medical certificate to the instructors.
• We have complaint and suggestion forms available , which users can request and hand in to the information and control office.
• There is an official procedure in the case of loss of personal possessions.
• It is not permitted to leave bags outside the lockers. The managing bodyj is not responsible for lost property.
• Sports Complex staff will be able to refuse the right of entry in the following cases:
  • Forgetting access card.
  • Owing fees from the previous month.
  • Non-compliance with the rules and/or regulations.
  • Serious failure to observe the rules of co-existence and integration.
• The Sports Complex will offer to its users a monitored activity programme, courses and sessions to be developed in the different facilities.
• Each user will be able to make a reservation for an instructed activity session with quota 7 days in advance maximum.
• The user will be informed of activity offers in good time.
