TEA Tenerife Space of Arts screens in El Cuarto oscuro a monographic dedicated to the filmmaker David Pantaleón

TEA Tenerife Space of Arts projects on Thursday 28, at 20:00 hours, a monographic dedicated to the film-maker David Pantaleón (Gran Canaria, 1978) entitled "Los sueños lúcidos de David Pantaleón" (The lucid dreams of David Pantaleón), a creator who works the short film as a major art and who has built a filmography on the cultural gesture, humour, form and provocation. You can watch it from Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 to 20:00 throughout March. Admission is free after picking up tickets at the box office.

TEA Tenerife Space of Arts, centre of contemporary art of the Council, presents the first exhibition in Canary Islands of María Cañas (Seville, 1972), “NO NI NÁ. Contenga multitudes” (NO, NOR ANYTHING. Holds crowds). The exhibition can be visited until 23 June, Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 to 20:00 hours.

TEA Tenerife Space of Arts inaugurates in the Candelaria TEA Space, in the Space of Art of the Old City Council of Candelaria, the exhibition "La realidad es una sola" (Reality is only one), by Efraín Pintos (Uruguay, 1941), which rescues part of the extensive photographic archive of Pintos who for more than forty years has portrayed the art and architecture of the Islands. It can be visited until 8 June, from Monday to Saturday, from 08:30 to 14:00 hours and from 16:00 to 20:00 hours.

The CajaCanarias Foundation is presenting until 11 May the exhibition entitled "Africa-Babel. The art of a continent" in its Cultural Space of Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Plaza del Patriotismo, 1). Admission is free and opening hours are, Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:30 hours and 17:30 to 20:00 hours, and on Saturdays, from 10:00 to 13:30 hours.

The Santiago Martín sports pavilion will host until 31 March the photographic exhibition "Sport makes us free. Living without limits", by photographers Santiago Ferrero and Patricia González-Cámpora, who give their vision of adapted and inclusive sport and its practitioners. Admission is free.

TEA Tenerife Space of Arts is showing the exhibition “Cebrián Poldo Cebrián: Two generations (1949-2019)”, which brings together for the first time the gaze and talent of two great Spanish photographers of the 20th century: Cebrián (Burgos, 1919-Tenerife, 1999) and Poldo Cebrián (La Palma, 1948). It will remain open until 10 March 2019, from Tuesday to Sunday, from 10:00 to 20:00 hours.
