General information is offered in person to citizens about their rights and obligations, the services and activities carried out by the Island Council of Tenerife and the management of the ordinary proceedings included in the list. If the formalities you need to carry out are not included in the list, you can fill in a General Application that appears as an attached document.

Face-to-face attention to legal persons, entities without legal personality and to those who exercise a professional activity that requires compulsory registration, for proceedings and actions in exercise of such professional activity (Management agencies, Consultancies, Associations, Companies, Collegiates, ...) in the Citizen Services Centres of the Island Hall, Mayor Mandillo Tejera, La Orotava and Los Cristianos, will be carried out by means of a PRIOR APPOINTMENT, which must be requested at telephone numbers 901 501 901 or 922 239 500.

Svisual Service

Service linked to the S-Visual platform for video interpretation or virtual interpretation. The service is able to attend deaf people, in any degree of disability, but also hearing persons. Access can be made in the offices themselves, by prior appointment at (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 10:00 am and 12:00 noon). The project has the support of the State Confederation of Deaf People (CNSE) and the Ministries of Industry and Trade, Education and Social Policies
