Minimum computer requirements for online services:
- Internet connection, preferably broadband (ADSL).
- Windows or Linux operating system.
- Web browser (Internet Explorer 7 or above, Firefox 2.0.0.20 to 3.6).
- Adobe Reader to view PDF documents. You can download the reader from (http://get.adobe.com/es/reader).
- Java Virtual Machine (Oracle-Sun) with:
- Version 6 update 23 known as sun-java 1.6.0_23. Updates can be downloaded from www.java.com/es/download.
- Note: Problems have been detected with the security component for version 7 or later. If you are in this situation, you must follow the instructions to add a prior exception for the process to complete.
- Valid digital certificate or user ID

This section provides information on which software versions are required for online services for your operating system, web browser, Java virtual machine, e-signature, PDF viewer. The system will automatically check your computer.
Each requirement will be checked and an icon will appear in the Results column. The tick icon will appear if you have the correct version installed.
If you do not, the error icon or warning icon , will appear next to the problem, and there will be instructions on how to fix it.
